About Kannon Callis

I’m Kannon Callis, a real estate advisor and property manager based in Idaho. Over the past 15 years, I’ve built my career around Real Estate, marketing, sales, business growth, and helping people make confident decisions in real estate and beyond.

Today, Kannon Real Estate, focuses on connecting buyers and sellers with some of the most sought-after properties in the Treasure Valley, and PMI of Tree City, we help property owners maximize value through full-service management. 

But real estate isn’t just a career move for me, it’s part of a larger vision.

I’m passionate about building community, creating opportunities, and scaling businesses that empower others. That’s why I also host The Callis Mindset Podcast, where I share lessons in personal growth, strategy, real estate, and the mindset it takes to turn ambition into reality.

When I’m not helping clients you’ll find me with my wife, Ashley, and our dog, Griz, enjoying Idaho’s outdoors and constantly looking ahead at what’s next.
